How do you like your eggs?
I love eggs. They are so versatile and can be cooked a hundred different ways. My favorite style requires some skill - poached. Firm on the outside and runny on the inside, so that when you cut into it, the yolk pours out everywhere. Preferably onto the crab Benedict underneath. Yes, I’m a foodie. How about you? How do you like your eggs?

Oooh good question. Lately it’s been omelettes with Mama’s Lil peppers, basil, and cheese, paired with sourdough toast. I like to mix in some extra spiced oil from the pepper jar.
I'm with Arianna who said fully cooked. I know the fancy pants chefs on the Food Channel always say that a runny yoke is gourmet. It's just not for me. Lately I've been obsessed with making my own egg bites. I use extra veggies than freeze them so I have them on hand. So good!
