Oooh good question. Lately it’s been omelettes with Mama’s Lil peppers, basil, and cheese, paired with sourdough toast. I like to mix in some extra spiced oil from the pepper jar.

I'm with Arianna who said fully cooked. I know the fancy pants chefs on the Food Channel always say that a runny yoke is gourmet. It's just not for me. Lately I've been obsessed with making my own egg bites. I use extra veggies than freeze them so I have them on hand. So good!

I love an egg burrito - scrambled with some veggies and cheese and then rolled up in a warm tortilla with salsa!

So burritos are not that different from quesadillas. I know a kid who can make you one of those 🤣

I also love a good poached egg. My favorite is eggs Florentine. I loved your posted about Kashul's cooking adventure. I laughed when you said, "kid cooking is terrible." It really is. But if they keep at it, when they are grown it can be pretty amazing. My youngest daughter always made a huge mess in the process. But now I get homemade croissants, scones, breads. Almost makes me forget all of those times of cleaning up after her.

An investment in the future for sure. Hope it pays off like yours did 😆

Over easy on top of some hardy wheat or sourdough bread / baguette. Bacon and fruit on the side 😀🤤

I like my eggs fully cooked. It's either hard boiled eggs or scrambled well done.

So the next question...how do you like your steak? I have a guess on how you might answer. 🤣

I think your guess is right! Well-done. If I'm feeling adventurous, it may be medium-well haha.

Exactly. Who wants to eat a runny yoke? Not me. I don't care what they say on the Food Channel.

I'm with you Jill. The Food Channel would tell me that it's over cooked, but I don't care haha. My dad tells me I burn my eggs. I really don't, he just likes his runny.

Like you, I am a big fan of the humble egg. Some cherished moments involve reaching into my chicken coop and pulling out a warm, freshly-laid egg.

I love them so many ways, I don’t think I can choose! A gently fried egg, a cheesy vegetable omelette, a perfectly scrambled or poached egg, soft boiled, deviled eggs? How does one choose?

Jeez. I’m hungry now. Time for an egg breakfast. 🤣
